What international students should know
University of Canterbury is a university associated with Christchurch in Waitaha Canterbury. Its name alone should not decide your application. The useful question is whether one current programme fits your academic background, work history, budget and intended direction.
The main Ilam campus is west of central Christchurch, with specialist sites elsewhere in the city. Campus choice affects housing, transport and daily cost, so it should be confirmed before you make financial commitments.
